Alexandr Ponomar became the winner of 'Les Petits As', the prestigious international junior tournament which for the 38th time had gathered the best junior players under 14 from all over the world in the French city of Tarbes. In the history of 'Les Petits As' victories we can see such great names as Rafa Nadal and Juan Carlos Ferrero.
Denys Pume, Alexandr's coach accompanied and supported his player through all the competition. Ponomar did his steps towards the main trophy round by round:
