On September 29, 2019 on Elite Tennis Club courts in Chernomorsk there was a final of the International Professional Tournament ITF World Tennis Tour M15 Chornomorsk "Elite Tennis Club Cup" with the prize fund of $15000.
We should note that the male professional tournament of such level was held on our courts for the first time in our club history. During previous week we had been witnessing fantastic tennis mastership by players from more than ten countries of all over the world.
Warm sunny weather created the best atmosphere for the bright final between the first seeded tournament player Marco Bortolotti (Italy) and Ukrainian player Vitaliy Sachko.
The match was extremely intense; it lasted more than two hours and players showed their best tennis. The audience were holding their breathes when it came to the crucial points and were bursting with applauses when the Ukrainian won the points. The result of the match was a victory of Vitaly Sachko (Ukraine) 5:7, 6:4, 6:1!
Double finals were played at the same day. Ukrainian players Nikita Mashtakov/Dmitry Kamynin met a couple of Hungarian tennis players Matyas Fuele/Gergely Madarasz.
The audience's sympathy and support were entirely given to the Ukrainian guys who made their best to win. They were quite close to the victory but lost in tie-break. The match score was 6:4, 2:6, 11:13.
The rewarding ceremony was held by Ivan Anikanov, the Tournament Director and Toygar Alagoz (Turkey), the Senior Referee. We express gratitude to the referee team of the ITF and UTF as well as to Ivan Anikanov, the Tournament Director, for the highest level of organization.
